Updated: May 11, 2008

On May 23rd, I'll be interviewed on In Depth YOU, an online talk radio program about the creative process and what it can take to put pen to paper. It will air 7pm EST, so I hope my readers will listen in! http://www.indepthyou.com

Also, I'll be hosting an online radio program called "Canned Laughter and Coffee with Renee Bernard". It will be all about romance and laughter, interviewing other authors and just chatting about the humorous side of life as a romance writer and reader. Coming soon!

Daring Games… Dangerously Delicious Consequences.

Dear Reader's,

"A Rogue's Game", is now on sale. The final book in the "Mistress Trilogy" it's my "bad boy" book so brace yourself!

I confess, Julian Clay from "A Lady's Pleasure", was just too unrepentant - a wicked character - hard to resist. I was convinced he deserved a story of his own. I'd had an interesting debate about how one can be heroic, even in odd circumstances, or if your resume didn't reflect that you're capable of good things.

In Eve Reynolds, I tried to create a true equal for him. A woman who could actually outplay him, and who wasn't afraid of risk (since anyone with the slightest tendency to use smelling salts wasn't going to last five minutes.) For my heroine, the internal struggle mirrors his - can you break the rules if it's for all the right reasons? And when it comes to survival, where do our loyalties truly lie?

I only hope that you fall in love with Julian, wicked ways and all, and that you enjoy A Rogue's Game and these characters. I'm currently working on a new series set in Victorian London, about a group of men known as "The Jaded". They share a tragic past and dangerous secret. It promises to be a very, very sexy journey. Check my website periodically for more updates on this series upcoming release dates.

Finally thank you for all your wonderful notes and support, and for helping romance to thrive!

Warmest regards,

Renee Bernard

I am the World’s Worst Blogger, but have vowed as of Sept. 1, to do better. But please be patient. You see, in real life, I have a true gift for stepping into buckets, so somehow the thought of doing it online for the entire universe to see…(insert horrified shiver here). No, really. It’s true. Ask anyone. We’re talking Lucille Ball with a live studio audience here. The local grocery is still discussing the pregnant lettuce incident.

Let us say no more on the subject.
